Refund Policy

At Unfolding with Ali, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching sessions. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all parties involved.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (100%)

   • If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the session fee.

2. Partial Refund (50%)

   • If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

3. No Show

   • If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, you will forfeit the session fee, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your session without any penalty if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. You can reschedule directly from your calendly link.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session time is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Refund Process

• To cancel a session and request a refund, please email us at unfoldingwithali@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

• In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a refund or reschedule at our discretion.
